An annual conference crowned by a blooming summer celebration
This was more than just a two-day annual conference – it was a warm, flower-filled summer festivity.
This year, the Baltic Cycle Meeting evolved into a multifaceted event, thoughtfully planned down to the finest detail – from idea generation and meticulous coordination to creative and technical execution. We took care of everything: venue rental, themed decorations, participant accommodation, transportation, catering, and also created a cozy, thematic summer evening with a rich program.
The working part of the conference took place in the charming atmosphere of the “Pasaka Paupys” cinema, where the modern setting provided ideal conditions for focus, meaningful discussions, and professional inspiration. Once the formal part ended, the guests were in for a special twist – a train ride to the Gala dinner set in a world of blossoms, greenery, and the lightness of summer.
The evening began with an engaging phenotypology workshop, which turned out to be a surprising and delightful discovery for all. The celebratory mood peaked with a live performance by Jurgis Didžiulis, who enchanted the crowd and filled the dance floor with energy and joy. It was a night where the ease of summer and the beauty of flowers became the perfect finale to the conference.
