The BETravel Congress 2026 in Vilnius was a 4 day international travel industry event bringing together around 150 leading Belgian travel professionals, including tour operators, travel agents, associations, airlines, airports and other key decision-makers.
Organized by major Belgian travel associations, the congress featured a multi-day program of conferences, workshops, B2B meetings, and networking sessions. Importantly, this was the first time the BETravel Congress was held in Vilnius, marking a significant step in positioning Lithuania within the Belgian outbound travel market and increasing its visibility among international industry players.
4 day programme highlights included:
- Intensive discussions and new partnerships during a dedicated B2B networking fair.
- A hybrid conference addressing the most relevant tourism topics.
- A cozy welcome evening at Pirklių klubas accompanied by traditional Lithuanian folklore.
- A magical candle light dinner with jazz at Dūmų fabrikas.
- Exploration of Lithuania’s most iconic sites—from the streets of Vilnius Old Town to the picturesque Trakai Island Castle.
To make the experience even more memorable, participants tested their skills in a “PanCars” car rally and learned to prepare Lithuania’s famous cold beet soup, šaltibarščiai.
